Treat Yo Shelf: March 2019 Recap

March 2019: Monthly Recap

Welcome to my monthly recap post, in which I highlight the books I read in the last month, bookish items I acquired, book events I attended, bookish news, and/or subscription boxes I received this month.

what did I read

With a Kindle Unlimited subscription, I once again binge read a lot of contemporary romance this month. But here are a few of my favorite books I read in March.

Gah! This story was perfection. I was swooning so hard over Rory and Nash’s relationship. I loved their banter and their chemistry was so sweet and steamy. Just thinking about Rory’s fierceness and Nash’s foul mouth makes me want to fall in love with their relationship all over again!

This was a reread for me. I adore Jenn Bennett’s books, and I wanted to fall in love with this story all over again. Check out my full review here.

This is the last book of a series (a series I have not fully read yet…oops…I’m reading books out of order, lol). But the synopsis caught my eye and I was told I could read the books out of order or even just as stand-alone. The love story is very cute and I enjoyed all the cute banter.

  1. I’m so jealous you have a manuscript of His Hideous Heart! That sounds like it’s going to be a freaking amazing anthology and I can’t wait to read it. So glad to see that you enjoyed When the Sky Fell on Splendor! I just bought that one and hope to read it soon.
