I agree with Harry Potter!! I do want to read the Witch Hunter I still haven’t read it.
I really enjoyed The Witch Hunter series. Definitely give it a read.
I am not really a holiday type reader, though I can’t seem to get enough of Christmas books this year. I did read 3 darker books this month – Bad Girls with Perfect Faces, Book of Lies, Haunting the Deep. So, I feel as though I did some October type reading.
Oh, I need to read Haunting the Deep. I loved How to Hang a Witch.
I’ve had Blood & Salt on my TBR for soooo long, maybe it’s time to go ahead and pick it up!
AHHH! Pick it up. It’s so good and funny and creepy, all at the same time.
I’ve only read Harry Potter of these, but I also have Stalking Jack The Ripper and Witch Hunter on my TBR.

Stalking Jack the Ripper is so GOOD! If you like mysteries with a mild mix of horror/scariness, definitely give it a read.
Sounds perfect for me then!
Great list! I have read Bram Stoker’s Dracula and Stalking Jack The Ripper! They do make a good halloween reads! 🙂
I love Gothic books and those two are amazing.
Hi Cassie, what a great simple Halloween read list! I don’t tend to change what I read depending on what time of year it is though I’ve seen that a lot this year… Stalking Jack the Ripper sounds like a good mystery… I’ve read a couple reviews and it seems like a perfect Halloween pick! I wouldn’t even have related Harry Potter, but a great choice too!
I love top 10 Tuesday… Here is my post if you’re interested in my choices ❤ https://wp.me/p3LRfZ-6Vt
Hello, Rants and Raves!
I love and adore the covers of Blood and Salt, Stalking Jack the Ripper (is it good? I’ve had it on my Goodreads TBR list since it first was announced…), and The Fall (it reminds me so much of the original covers for Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children). There is just something about them that draws me. On the other hand, I say the covers that creep me the most would be Shutter and I am Legend.

Have a fantastic evening,

Hi, Breanna, thank you for visiting and commenting. And I highly recommend Stalking Jack the Ripper; the series is amazing. I love the mystery and romance in both of the books that are currently out.
