What are some books that you had high hopes in loving, and it turned out you were the black sheep and didn’t love them as much as everyone else?

  1. I haven’t read any of these but everyone has been recommending A court of thorns and roses to me lately – haven’t ever read any Sarah J Maas!

    Thanks for sharing this post
I love seeing what other people are reading & their opinions on books!
Do you use the GoodReads app?

  2. Other than Lola (which I loved) I haven’t read any of these. I do have Court of Thorn and Roses on my list, but I didn’t much like Throne of Glass so I haven’t rushed to read it.

  3. Ooohh Lola let me down as well! I was so charmed by Anna and the French Kiss and couldn’t wait to read its sequel but Lola was just… different. On the contrary I enjoyed Red Queen, but everything kinda went downhill in Glass Sword so I stopped reading that series altogether 😂

  4. I have read a few of these – Red Queen, ACOTAR & We Were Liars. I absolutely loved We Were Liars, that was one of my favourite books in the year it came out. ACOTAR was okay, but I had a few problems with it – the sequel was like a million times better, thank god. I absolutely hated Red Queen, haha, it just bored me to tears! Feel free to check out my list here.
